Job Overview In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention. Main Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient support, addressing concerns, and offering personalized care and guidance Assist patients with loan applications, ensuring they have access to the resources they need Order testing and schedule appointments with health coaches, streamlining the patient care process Conduct phone and Zoom calls, responding to text messages and voicemails in a timely and professional manner Sell and order supplements, ensuring patients have access to the products they need to manage their conditions Offer administrative support, completing forms, and performing other tasks as required Collaborate with health coaches, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments as needed What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.
