Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with various shifts available on weekends, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your needs. Available Shifts: Saturday & Sunday 4:00PM-8:00PM Saturdays Only 4:00PM-8:00PM Sundays Only 4:00PM-8:00PM Sundays Only 11:00AM-7:00PM Saturday & Sunday 8:00AM-4:00PM Saturdays Only 8:00AM-4:00PM Sundays Only 8:00AM-4:00PM Saturdays Only 8:00PM-12:00AM Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process Collecting and documenting claim details accurately and efficiently Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage Embodying arenaflex's core values, including customer-first, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement Required Skills and Abilities: To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong language skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have: A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred, although not required Network Requirements: To work remotely, you will need: A reliable computer with a stable internet connection A private network, with no public locations or VPNs allowed An Ethernet connection is strongly recommended, although not required A speed test must be run from your computer upon hire, using www.speedtest.net Benefits and Compensation: At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: Competitive hourly rate Ancillary benefits, including dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings, eligible after 60 days of employment 401K eligibility after 6 months of employment PTO eligibility after 90 days of employment Employee Assistance Program Career Growth and Development: At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
