Job Overview: Customer Success Associate We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team and play a critical role in managing and growing our clients' digital presence. As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison and day-to-day contact for our executive clients, providing exceptional customer service, strategic guidance, and technical support to ensure their success on our platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new accounts, coordinating customer meetings, and aligning with clients through Content Strategy Workshops and Strategic Business Reviews. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary strategic liaison and day-to-day contact for executives, providing exceptional customer service and strategic guidance Oversee the onboarding of new accounts to ensure successful launch and continual engagement Coordinate customer meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis to align with clients and provide strategic guidance Conduct Content Strategy Workshops and Strategic Business Reviews to understand customer outcomes and provide recommendations for growth Represent the voice of the customer to provide input and feedback into core product, marketing, and sales processes Continually reinforce value and deliver successful outcomes throughout the entire customer journey Own and manage the health of the customer using established metrics and KPIs Strive to create and maintain a strong customer relationship built on communication, transparency, and trust Technical Acumen and Product Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and executive thought leadership Act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to clients, ensuring they get the most value from our platform Educate clients on best practices related to social media and usage of our technology Identify opportunities for product improvement and provide feedback to our product team Identify client growth opportunities by monitoring analytics, benchmarks, and social media industry changes and trends Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS company, agency, or technology company Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong focus on reliability, proactivity, and project management Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities Able to work in fast-paced environments that embrace change and process improvement What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: A competitive annual salary of $47,000-$50,000, plus variable compensation Ample opportunities for growth and professional development within the Customer Success Associate role A dynamic and supportive work environment that values flexibility, human connection, and wellbeing Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions A global team with diverse perspectives and experiences Extra "wellbeing days" to rest, recharge, and pursue your passions Conclusion: If you are a motivated and experienced customer success professional looking to join a dynamic and innovative team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
