Job Overview As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in improving the customer experience by providing real-time, hands-on support to ensure that our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your expertise will help connect customers with the right experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. This role is not just about fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about making a positive impact on our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure that we provide personalized support Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer, regardless of their background or needs Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure that we meet their expectations Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present, using your problem-solving skills and judgment to ensure the best possible outcome Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, using your excellent communication skills Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, using your knowledge of our logistics and customer service processes Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that we provide 24/7 support to our customers Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A High School or equivalent diploma, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of providing excellent support to customers Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency, using your organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators, with a focus on continuous improvement Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand, with a strong understanding of brand values and customer expectations Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
