Job Summary As an IT Business Analyst - IT Offices, you will provide IT management of professional services, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of the critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including data centers, communication rooms, and lab facilities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving business success. Key Responsibilities Provide IT management of professional services, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of the critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including data centers, communication rooms, and lab facilities Develop and implement standards for data center and communication room infrastructure, including space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure Manage the maintenance, operation, and monitoring of all critical facilities infrastructure for data center and communication room equipment Support the development of departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures, and ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations Project manage data center and communication room standards capital upgrades, renovations, and improvements Procure IT and critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities infrastructure Project management experience, preferably in a high-availability communication room or data center operating environment Ability to build and maintain effective communication and relationships with management, vendors, and peers Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexibly to support an operation with varying shifts, extended hours, and on-call requirements High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you an upper hand in this role: Four-year college degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience Trade school graduate IT project management experience with at least 2 years of experience in a high-availability communication room or data center operating environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities infrastructure Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
