Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Weekend and Night Shift Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a vital component of our office staff, you will be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, and scheduling appointments between clients and our on-call technicians.
