Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Support and Services Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to our sales teams, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer engagement, and sales growth, you will play a critical role in driving business success and expanding our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple areas of operation, including business centers on arenaflex property, virtually, and onboard arenaflex cruise line, ensuring that infrastructure and resources are effectively managed. Provide guidance and mentorship to the operations team, empowering them to achieve elevated levels of service for both internal stakeholders and customers. Clearly communicate team expectations, manage team performance, and assess individual contributions to drive improvements in operational efficiency. Focus on enhancing the customer experience and optimizing resource utilization, with an emphasis on the sales process, customer engagement, and conversion strategy, ensuring that marketing materials and production elements align with this objective. Implement key projects while fostering a positive approach to change management among team members in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with evolving needs. Collaborate with leaders from non-operations departments to provide valuable input and guidance to the sales and lead generation team working within the business operation, including partners and advisors, to ensure that training and development initiatives are in sync with performance feedback. Oversee and coordinate arenaflex's presence onboard arenaflex cruise line, including logistics, customer communication, and integration with the cruise line's operations. Manage virtual event productions, ensuring seamless communication and integration of virtual sales activities, while also optimizing the use of technology for training and development purposes. Collaborate with operations teams at arenaflex resorts to align sales strategies, infrastructure requirements, and customer experience enhancements. Ensure that the necessary infrastructure, both physical and technological, is in place to support sales operations across multiple locations. Collaborate with production teams to create effective marketing materials that support sales efforts and enhance the customer experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of experience supporting outreach team operations Understanding of the sales cycle, including customer engagement and conversion process Understanding of workforce and scheduling functionality critical for managing operational resources Ability to identify, develop, and invest in talent within your team to promote engagement, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction Ability to lead and direct team performance and drive operational improvements Commitment to diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace Ability to collaborate with partners and provide solutions that align key objectives and support dynamic processes Proficiency in prioritizing and managing projects and deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment Proficiency in working with presentations before groups Advanced proficiency in using various computer programs, including video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Availability to travel and work onboard arenaflex cruise line Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: 2+ years of experience as a Customer Experience Manager Knowledge of arenaflex policies and procedures Workforce management experience Experience with continuous improvement processes Experience in managing vendor relationships Proficiency in using software like Avaya/Telecom and customer relationship management (CRM) programs Experience with IT systems to schedule virtual meeting events Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
