Job Overview In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for helping customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey. You will work closely with organizations at all stages of their cloud adoption, serving as a customer advocate and guiding them through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. Your technical curiosity, project and program management background, and ability to earn trust with executives and project team members will be essential in driving cloud adoption and innovation in alignment with our customers' goals. Key Responsibilities Value Realization: Identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, partner solutions, and best practices. Enablement: Help customers achieve organizational readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and training partners. Governance: Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms. Day-to-day, you will balance your time between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal arenaflex teams, and services to help our customers on their successful journey in the arenaflex Cloud. Working Backwards from the Customer You will work across arenaflex to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve some of the most complex and challenging technology problems for our customers. You will define opportunities that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and modernization. You will create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment.
