**Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk – Resident Services Database Management**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team and contribute to our mission. **Job Summary:** As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for updating our resident services database, Apricot, with demographic and household information. You will work closely with our team to extract data from our Property Management system, RealPage, and make updates to residents' records in Apricot. This is a part-time position, requiring 15 hours of work per month, with flexibility to work remotely at hours most convenient to you. We offer in-person training and a computer to support your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Extract and run reports from databases, including RealPage and Apricot * Organize and manage Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate and timely data entry * Update former resident and household records in Apricot * Enter and import current records into Apricot * Ensure that 25-30 demographic data points and 3 indicators per participant are updated accurately and securely * Perform other related duties as assigned by the team **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. A demonstration of relevant work experience along with a combination of education will be accepted, in lieu of a diploma. * Data entry experience is preferred but not required * Basic Excel skills, including the ability to open, close, format, sort, and navigate a spreadsheet, are required * Ability to quickly learn other Excel functions during training is required * Apricot and RealPage experience is a plus, but not required * Detail-oriented and able to accurately capture and enter data in a timely manner * Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines **Physical Job Requirements:** * Able to remain in a stationary (standing or seated) position more than half the time * May need to move about the office(s) less than half the time * May need to kneel, crawl, crouch down less than half the time * Must be able to regularly maneuver (lift, move, carry, slide, etc.) up to 10 pounds * Able to operate equipment/machinery that requires the constant use of hands/fingers/wrists (ex. typing, filing, etc.) more than half the time * Able to spend more than half the time viewing computer monitors **Travel Requirements:** * Training will be in-person at arenaflex's main office (2311 Huntington Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22303). The individual should be able to travel to the office for this 1-day training.
