At arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to see the world while earning great compensation and benefits to help you keep climbing along the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers' baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to being responsible for timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding Cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Your shifts will range from early morning to overnight, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
