As a remote data analyst, you'll join a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for data-driven decision-making. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team and drive our paid media examination capabilities. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, focusing on the enhancement of our paid media spend worldwide. You'll work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize our paid media spend and develop revealing and examinations to inform business decisions. You'll also create and disseminate custom-tailored detailing and examinations to illuminate our paid media system. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and disseminate revealing and insights in the space of paid media - Plan and lead the development of investigation, BI, and data science projects fully focused on upgrading discernible paid media and improving marketing efficiencies - Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing teams on implementing media blend models - Lead ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by quick translation of results and the definition and communication of suggestions that drive action - Work as a liaison with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach - Utilize Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools to create and maintain planned and Adhoc reports - Examine data to identify business issues and lead in-depth dives to perform root cause analysis - Collaborate with partners to leverage data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights - Conceptualize and run investigations that create insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and refine our value proposition **Essential Capabilities** - Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field - High-level SQL experience - High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and metrics perception tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI) - Master in Power BI with a demonstrated history - Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, statistics, mathematics, or other related field **Preferred Capabilities** - You enjoy working in a team of highly connected individuals - You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data, and metrics, as well as conveying significant analysis of high quality - Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines - Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively - Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations - Experience with and/or interest in learning more on state-of-the-art data science approaches - Programming languages: knowledge of Python - Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS - Knowledge of Adobe Analytics **What We Offer** - Competitive salary of $23/hour - Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in a remote setting - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance - Generous paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities, including training and education assistance - Collaborative and inclusive work environment - Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical problem-solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
