About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are managed Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations Essential Qualifications High school graduate or G.E.D.
