Job Overview We're seeking a full-time or seasonal Remote Customer Service Representative to join our elite team. As a Spanish bilingual representative, you'll be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll also be required to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, think creatively to solve problems, and adapt to changing projects and updates. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and support Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Enter application data, respond to online chat inquiries, and perform other tasks as assigned Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams Requirements: 18 years of age or older Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period Complete a background check and health screening Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible) Essential Qualifications: Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven approach Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills, with a plus for native speakers or those with extensive experience working with Spanish-speaking customers What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
