Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Review and verify that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements, ensuring that our data is accurate, complete, and reliable. Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to data security and confidentiality. Professionally interact with other staff as needed, providing excellent customer service and support to our internal stakeholders. Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work. Complete all tasks for the day, ensuring that your work is completed to a high standard and that deadlines are met. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in your work. KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, demonstrating exceptional typing skills and a strong ability to work efficiently.
