Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the arenaflex Distribution workflow and its intricacies to provide expert support to users Troubleshoot technical issues with users, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently and effectively Log and track user issues in a meticulous and organized manner, utilizing ticket tags to ensure that serious and recurring technical issues are escalated to the Support Manager Verify that all projects released through arenaflex distribution meet the required standards before delivering them to DSPs, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy Communicate proactively with users when issues arise, working collaboratively to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction Deliver arenaflex releases to DSPs, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of music content About You To excel in this role, you should be a highly motivated and passionate individual with a keen interest in technology, music, and customer service.
