Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution. Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency in all customer interactions. Analyze common customer issues and provide feedback to improve our products and services. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting.
