Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Operator to join our team at blithequark. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) and “At Will” position that reports to the Data Manager. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for gathering and entering daily client information from our team of Financial and Career Coaches, and regional partners. Your primary goal will be to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and usable information in our systems, ensuring that our data is reliable and secure. Key Responsibilities Gather, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to ensure that our records are up-to-date and reliable Organize and maintain client paper and electronic files, adhering to our data management policies and procedures Transfer data from paper formats into computer files, database systems, and spreadsheets, utilizing various software applications Respond to queries by accessing relevant files and generating reports, providing timely and accurate information to our stakeholders Perform modifications, edits, and deletions to the database based on approved documents, ensuring that our data is accurate and secure Comply with data integrity, security policies, and procedures, maintaining the confidentiality of client information at all times Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions, reporting technical issues to the relevant personnel Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail and good communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and perform repetitive tasks in a timely manner. You should be able to adhere to policies and procedures pertaining to data management and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
