About the Role We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant with data entry skills to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, providing data entry support during tax season, assisting with social media content creation and management, and supporting marketing initiatives and client outreach. Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing files and records Provide data entry support during tax season, including some weekends, to ensure accurate and timely processing of client data Assist with social media content creation and management, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics Support marketing initiatives and client outreach, including but not limited to, email marketing, event planning, and client communication Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity, including but not limited to, updating databases, tracking client interactions, and performing data quality checks Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients, including but not limited to, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support and guidance Essential Qualifications Proven experience in administrative work and data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with social media platforms and content management, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Marketing knowledge is a plus, including but not limited to, email marketing, event planning, and client communication Dependable, accountable, and able to meet deadlines, including but not limited to, prioritizing tasks, managing time, and maintaining a high level of productivity Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data entry software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, including but not limited to, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, including but not limited to, prioritizing tasks, managing time, and maintaining a high level of productivity Assertive and dependable work ethic, including but not limited to, taking initiative, being proactive, and maintaining a high level of accountability Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, including but not limited to, managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail Reliable transportation, including but not limited to, having a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and ability to travel to client sites as needed Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
