About the Role We are seeking a friendly, passionate, and self-driven individual to join our Customer Support Team as a part-time Customer Support Specialist, working remotely from Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving our response time and service quality across all time zones, with a specific focus on supporting our Australian customers in the afternoon and our European customers during their morning hours. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on using our product via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a friendly and approachable tone. Engage with potential customers through email and video product demos, showcasing the benefits and features of our solution. Collect and synthesize customer insights, serving as the voice of the customer to help our marketing, design, and development teams improve their strategies and products. Reply to customer reviews across various platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. Assist with internal shipping and logistics questions, demonstrating a willingness to help and support your colleagues. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should: Be located in Western Australia, as this is a requirement for the position. Be available and willing to work afternoons and evenings, with a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week. Have 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support or community management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service. Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Be a team player with a positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. Be tech-savvy, curious, and motivated to develop a deep understanding of our product and its features. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, it would be beneficial if you have: Experience with support software, onboarding customers, or collecting customer feedback. An interest in accounting or experience with mileage reimbursement. Previous experience working in a 100% remote environment, with a proven ability to self-manage and work independently.
