Job Overview We’re currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you’ll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working 40 hours per week. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests, preventing issues, and solving queries in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our Swedish customers through phone, chat, and email, responding to order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers to resolve their queries Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, paid by arenaflex Qualifications and Strengths To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following basic qualifications: Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in the Netherlands Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Experience working with a computer Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required) Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi) In addition to these qualifications, we’re looking for candidates who are: Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented Friendly and customer-focused in every situation Able to learn quickly and embrace change Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a range of benefits to our Customer Service Associates, including: Life insurance Internet allowance arenaflex employee discount Lifestyle benefits and retail discounts through our arenaflex Extras program Expert training and ongoing opportunities to learn more and develop your skills Salary increase after 6 months tenure Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we’re committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
