About the Role As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our customers and play a vital role in our ongoing success. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our players while providing valuable feedback to our core teams to continuously improve and develop our award-winning product. Key Responsibilities Handle live chat queries from customers regarding a range of topics, including deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and safer gambling practices. Identify trends in customer contacts and escalate issues to Senior Executives and Managers to support early identification and resolution of problems. Utilize your problem-solving skills to think outside the box and resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner. Recognize and support potentially vulnerable customers, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to gamble responsibly. Maintain the safety and security of our site by adhering to our policies and procedures, with full training provided to ensure your success in this area. Listen to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service software, allowing you to hit the ground running and provide exceptional support to our customers. A keen attention to detail and a clear understanding of what 5-star quality looks like in a customer service environment. A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a high-volume service environment, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry. A strong understanding of the customer service industry and what it takes to be best in class, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Previous experience in the iGaming sector is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
