Your primary responsibilities will include: Utilizing our online chat application to interact with customers, addressing questions and concerns related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes Providing exceptional support through live chat, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need in a professional and courteous manner Working independently to resolve customer inquiries, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary Following instructions precisely and adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures to ensure consistency in our customer support Collaborating with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our customer support services Contract Length and Compensation This is an open-ended contract with no fixed term, offering you the opportunity to work with blithequark for as long as you desire. You will be compensated at a rate of $35 per hour, with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. This flexibility allows you to tailor your schedule to fit your needs, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
