About the Role: Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to support our call center. As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting clients, gathering accurate information, and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone. Your ability to handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience.
