What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers. A Typical Day in the Life Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries Consult on products and services with empathy and understanding Resolve customer issues with a smile, ensuring a positive experience What You Bring to the Role To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: 6 months or more of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Product or service knowledge that you can recognize, apply, and explain Computer savvy, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools The Equipment You'll Need To work remotely with blithequark, you'll need: Internet speed > 15 Mbps, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in What You Can Expect from blithequark At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
