Job Overview The Customer Care organization at blithequark is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our growing customer base. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support, interpreting customer grievances, and advocating for solutions that enhance creditworthiness. You will work remotely, reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Care, and collaborate with a team of professionals who share your passion for excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to in-bound calls, assisting customers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and providing solutions to improve their creditworthiness. Educate customers on credit bureau processes and guide them through the necessary steps to request corrections. Receive customer requests, identify support needs, and either provide assistance or forward requests to the relevant functional area. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload) for remote work. Experience in interpreting and responding to customer requests, with the ability to empathize with customers. A High School Diploma or GED. At least one year of customer service experience. Comfort using a computer to perform operations. Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen. Flexibility to work in a remote, hybrid, or in-office environment, with the requirement to be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of our Allen, TX office. Essential Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer requests simultaneously.
