Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service and support through various channels, including voice and non-voice interactions. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, or escalate to higher-level support teams as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems and databases. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to improve overall team performance. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. Essential Qualifications: Any graduation degree (BSc, BCom, BCA, BA, BBA, BMS) or post-graduation degree (MSc, MCom, MCA, MA, MBA) from a recognized institution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms. Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts, as required. Ability to work from the office, as this is not a remote work opportunity. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer-facing role or BPO environment, although not necessary. Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
