As a part-time Cold Caller or Tele Caller, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales efforts and contributing to its success. Key Responsibilities Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and meetings to generate new business leads. Tailor sales pitches and presentations to align with the needs and interests of each prospective client, effectively communicating the value proposition of ROPTIA. Perform company background research and collect other pertinent lead information to inform sales strategies. Research and identify potential clients (accounts) and key decision-makers for outbound sales. Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Schedule appointments with attention to detail, determining when to book immediate meetings versus arranging follow-ups. Guide leads through the value of ROPTIA and the benefits of onboarding on ROPTIA. Transfer all leads to the reporting manager. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Good communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal). New Leads and Lead Generation skills, with prior knowledge and campaign experience of 2 or more of the following: Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok, or other marketing channels. Good research skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely. Strong organisational and time management skills, with experience in social selling and email marketing. While prior experience in sales or marketing is beneficial, it's not the only factor. We're looking for individuals who are self-starters, comfortable with rejection, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In return, you'll receive equity shares in the company, calculated based on your level of contribution. The allocated shares will be liquidated in the funding round that takes place before December 2025, with the potential for increased share prices. How Equity Shares Will Be Allocated Equity shares will be calculated based on (GBP) £5, and company shares will be allocated to team members in the funding round that will be closed between 01 July - 31 December 2024. Shares will be allocated after closing the funding round. The value of the allocated shares will be calculated based on the number of hours the team member has contributed.
