Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to blithequark policies and employment laws, preparing and maintaining HR reports on staffing and turnover to inform strategic decision-making. Support & Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives, coordinating with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
