Key Responsibilities Answer customer questions and find solutions to meet their needs in a timely and professional manner Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email, ensuring seamless and effective communication Maintain high levels of customer and driver satisfaction, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Report technical issues to the engineering team, collaborating to resolve problems and improve our services Report customer feedback to the management team, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions Collaborate with other blithequark staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values. These include: Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to details, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints Ability to listen actively and empathetically, providing personalized support to our customers Bilingual skills are a plus, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our team Technical Requirements To perform this role effectively, you will need access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access. You should be tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools with ease. Work Environment and Schedule This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours of work per week. Our operating hours are 5am-9pm PST, including weekends, so you should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts. We offer the option to work from home, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a working computer. Please note that this role is not eligible for US visa sponsorship. Preferred Locations We prefer candidates from the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. However, we will consider candidates from other states on a case-by-case basis. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on your skills, education, and experience.
