About the Role We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting blithequark's client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical and non-technical assistance to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective support to clients. Offer technical and non-technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, concise solutions to customer inquiries. Develop and implement efficient and satisfying solutions to customer problems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Treat customers with respect, empathy, and professionalism, adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and core values. Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2). Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching to ensure your success. A strong passion for helping others, solving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences is crucial for this position. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00.
