About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the go-to expert for our free-to-play mobile games, managing player tickets, and collaborating with our support engineers to resolve technical issues. You will engage with a diverse player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Your excellent communication skills in German, English, and Russian will enable you to provide top-notch support to our players, and your research skills will help you come up with innovative solutions to enhance our support services. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for our mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets, and collaborating with support engineers Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance in German, English, and Russian Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing Use research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services Collaborate with the development team to improve game quality and player experience Stay up-to-date with the latest game updates, features, and technical requirements Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Russian, both verbal and written A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise Experience playing mobile games is preferred, but not essential Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively Essential Qualifications: Fluency in German, English, and Russian languages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies Experience in customer support or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the gaming industry or a related field Knowledge of mobile game development and technical requirements Experience with ticketing systems and support software Certifications or training in customer support or a related field Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
