Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively. You should have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume inquiries.
