Key Responsibilities: Act as a go-to expert, providing technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues efficiently. Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and ensuring that players receive timely and effective support. Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to provide seamless solutions.
