You will be responsible for planning and ensuring compliance with the governance process for Procure to Pay, designing the procurement organization to meet our needs, managing the transformation of relevant functions to achieve best-in-class Procure to Pay outcomes, and leading and optimizing the Procure to Pay process. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and ensure compliance with the governance process for Procure to Pay, including procurement operations, accounts payable, and disbursements * Design the procurement organization to meet our needs, in line with best practices from leading global companies * Manage the transformation of relevant functions to achieve best-in-class Procure to Pay outcomes * Lead and optimize the Procure to Pay process, ensuring seamless integration between procurement, accounts payable, disbursements, sourcing, and other functions to enhance efficiency * Oversee the ecosystem (data, systems, people, process) for procurement and drive world-class procurement operations * Collaborate with process owners and systems owners to implement best practices with a mindset of continuous improvement and external orientation * Develop and manage KPIs in line with a world-class procurement organization * Oversee the annual budget and long-range plan for the procurement department * Perform other duties as needed **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, supply chain management, or related field * 10+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following: procurement operations, sourcing, accounts payable, Procure-to-pay processes, and attendant systems * Experience working in a world-class procurement organization with modern systems and processes is crucial **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree or equivalent in finance, supply chain management, or related field * Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CPM) * Experience with change management and project management * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Experience with procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) **Skills and Competencies** * Sound business judgment and financial acumen * Experience with change management and project management * Exceptional critical thinking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Stellar stakeholder relationship management skills * Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams * Ability to drive business growth through strategic procurement operations * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions **Work Environment and Company Culture** * This position may be located anywhere within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories * Workwarp is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates * We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion * We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $13,169.66 - $23,046.90 * Health, vision, and dental insurance * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Other benefits and perks may be available **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced procurement professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
