With your expert leadership skills, you'll motivate and empower your sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and solutions to small and medium-sized customers to make their businesses run better, faster, and smarter. With your ongoing mentorship and development, you'll drive the sales performance of your team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enable your team to deliver best-in-class customer service * Lead, develop, and track your team's performance * Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business * Model effective sales strategies for your team to follow * Track and report key financial, budget, and sales metrics **What We're Looking For...** You've got a strong leadership presence and communicate clearly and effectively with all types of audiences. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. **Compensation** If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $122,000.00 and $226,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn more.
