About the Role We are looking for 2-4 talented individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in live customer support within the SaaS online software field, specifically with a focus on construction industry solutions. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks, as well as experience with CRM systems, ticket management, and live chat support tools such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho SalesIQ. As a live chat support specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries, and providing timely support to our valued clients.
