About the Role: Customer Service Associate In this exciting role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home in Colombia, providing top-notch support to our U.S.-based bilingual customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, deliveries, products, payments, and website guidance. Your goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers with your unique personality and expert problem-solving skills. You'll use a range of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with internal and external customers and arenaflex business partners. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues Use a range of tools and systems to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with internal and external customers and arenaflex business partners Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance Work variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Qualifications and Strengths To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and strengths: Essential Qualifications: Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in Colombia Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency), with an English level of 85% or above Proficient computer skills and ability to work with various software applications Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair High-speed internet connection (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed) using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strengths: Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Friendly and customer-focused, with a ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Ability to learn quickly and embrace change, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
