Key Responsibilities Responding promptly to customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy. Providing accurate information and assistance regarding our products and services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Resolving customer issues and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department for further resolution when necessary. Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and analyze customer data. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services, promoting our offerings to customers in a way that is relevant and beneficial to them. Maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding our products, services, and company policies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in our industry. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with proven previous experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving ability, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and complaints. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed.
