Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns, providing clear and concise information to ensure a seamless experience Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, using your negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers, using your knowledge of our offerings to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service.
