Key Responsibilities: As a Client Services Representative, you'll be responsible for: Managing Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction and loyalty. Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to their concerns. Escalation Management: Deal with escalated payment issues, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to find mutually beneficial solutions. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure timely collection of statements and other documentation necessary for servicing, while adhering to changing guidelines and regulatory requirements. Retention and Growth: Determine the reason for client cancellations and develop effective strategies to assist in retention and growth. Communication and Time Management: Manage a high volume of phone calls, prioritize tasks, and maintain excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Product Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of our firm's product offerings, staying up-to-date on new developments and features. Essential Qualifications: To succeed as a Client Services Representative, you'll need: Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry. Debt Settlement Knowledge: Familiarity with debt settlement products and services is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients. Performance Targets: A proven track record of meeting performance targets and working towards goals. Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work with other departments to ensure client inquiries are handled efficiently. Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: CFPB, FRB, or Regulatory Compliance Experience: Experience working with regulatory agencies or compliance frameworks.
