Document chat interactions clearly and accurately within our systems, maintaining detailed records of member interactions and support provided. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; some college or health-related education is a plus, but not required. Previous experience in live chat, customer support, or healthcare tech is preferred, but we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support. Excellent written communication skills, with attention to tone, grammar, and clarity; you should be able to craft responses that are engaging, empathetic, and easy to understand. The ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and empathy; you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively. Comfort navigating multiple software platforms at once; you should be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home; you should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
