The Opportunity: Join Our Customer Support Team We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support & Success team. As the primary point of contact between blithequark and our customers, you'll play a critical role in addressing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of companies, from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, across various industries. Your input will be invaluable in shaping our product and services, as you'll be responsible for passing customer feedback and challenges to our Engineering, Product, and Executive teams. Key Responsibilities: Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects Advise customers on the best way to use our software to meet their needs Track customer interactions in Salesforce Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand our product functionality Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers Assist our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base Conduct product demos for prospects Conduct Onboarding and Account Reviews for existing customers About You: To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on English language proficiency A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences A growth mindset, with a self-motivated approach to learning and development A strong affinity for technology, including web and mobile applications, with experience in Intercom and Salesforce being a plus Ability to work 9am-6pm EST, with a location in Central or South America preferred Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, you should: Possess a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices Be able to work independently and as part of a remote team Have experience with customer support software and tools, such as helpdesk systems and CRM platforms Be comfortable with technology and have a willingness to learn new systems and processes Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on SaaS or software development Knowledge of no-code automation and compliance operations Familiarity with Salesforce, Intercom, or other customer support software Experience with customer success management or account management Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on prioritization and time management Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
