About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you will interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing Process new and/or amended enrollments Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience Active Personal Lines resident license High school diploma or GED Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Passion for helping others Patient and empathetic nature Ability to pass a background check Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
