About the Role: Chick-fil-A Kitchen and Back-of-House Team Member We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Kitchen and Back-of-House (BOH) team in Dayton, OH. As a BOH Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders accurately and promptly, while also maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality food products, adhering to Chick-fil-A's strict food safety and quality standards. Assemble food orders quickly and accurately, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following established procedures. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve a seamless and efficient service. Respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated. Essential Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date. Eligible to work in the United States. Reliable source of transportation. Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving both high and low. Basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as effective verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment. Must be able to work well under pressure and respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently. Open availability, including Saturdays, to receive competitive pay. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen or customer service environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
