Key Responsibilities: Guiding Students to Success Provide high-quality, one-on-one tutoring to elementary school students in various subjects, tailoring your approach to each student's learning style and needs. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring progress and engagement. Teach essential executive, organizational, and study skills to help students become more independent and confident learners. Submit detailed session reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session, keeping everyone informed of student progress. Address existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize basic database/data entry skills to maintain accurate records and support our administrative needs. Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Elementary School Tutor who not only understands the nuances of education but is also passionate about making a difference. Our ideal candidate has: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the education field, preferably in tutoring or teaching, with a proven track record of helping students achieve their goals. Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs, including those with dysgraphia, discalculia, and dyslexia, although this is not a strict requirement.
