Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into our system using a steady stream of images, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail. Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating a strong understanding of data classification and organization. Review and verify data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards, utilizing your analytical skills to detect and correct errors. Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity. Interact professionally with team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating your ability to think critically and drive innovation. Complete all daily tasks as assigned, prioritizing your work to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Proficient in English (reading and speaking), with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Able to type at a speed of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in data entry software and systems. Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and qualities outlined above, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity. Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to detect and correct errors. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or business administration. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
