About the Role We're seeking an experienced and skilled Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team at blithequark. As a customer service agent, you will provide direct support to our customers, focusing on sales and service. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, registration support, and resolving service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. You will be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and trust. Key Responsibilities Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, or chat Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to drive owner-focused solutions Create, update, and retrieve customer records to log facts surrounding complaints, actions, and resolutions Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training to help keep training processes and materials updated Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Support other parts of the business as directed What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and empowering.
