Key Responsibilities Assist blithequark customers with complex issues on a daily basis through various channels, including email, chat, and more, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Display empathy and build rapport with customers, consistently prioritizing their needs and ensuring a customer-first approach in all interactions. Elevate issues that require attention and improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services and customer experience. Act as the voice of blithequark, delivering a world-class customer service experience that reflects our company values and mission. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues, provide feedback, and suggest improvements, fostering a teamwork-centric environment. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, with a strong track record of resolving complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dedicated customer service platforms (such as Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) is highly desirable. A process-oriented approach with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all customer interactions. Ability to thrive in a remote work setup, with experience working independently and as part of a distributed team. Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of exemplary customer service experience, preferably in a FinTech or related industry. Experience in supporting and troubleshooting mobile app-based products, with a strong understanding of technical issues and their resolution. Proven ability to proactively identify and raise technical issues, bugs, and feature requests to development teams, with a focus on relevance and urgency. Experience working in a startup-like environment, with a mindset that embraces innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
