Job Overview We are seeking 25+ talented and experienced customer service professionals to join our remote team in Texas and Arizona. As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide premium customer service and support through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. You should be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute and have access to hard-wired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 50 mbps. Additionally, you must reside in Texas (excluding Houston) or Arizona and be available to work any shift during our hours of operation, Monday through Sunday, 8am-7pm central.
