**Experienced Implementation Advisor – Partner & Customer Service (Remote - US)**

We're known for developing extraordinary leaders who share our passion for service and are guided by their commitment to others. **The Role** As an Implementation Advisor on our Partner & Customer Service team, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of arenaflex by participating in the planning, development, and implementation of processes that deliver an exceptional partner and customer experience. Your focus will be on continuous improvement activities that support our contact centers in effectively and efficiently resolving partner and customer problems. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop implementation strategies for process changes to ensure quality, prioritization, and operations feasibility prior to rollout. Deliver programs, products, or systems to support partner and/or customer experience. • Collaborate with key stakeholders on implementation projects that impact partners and customers. Collect and communicate project and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making. • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives targeting key performance indicators for the contact centers. Collaborate on documenting improved process flows that are validated using process success metrics. • Maintain documentation standards and templates for contact center materials based on industry-standard best practices.
